“You and everyone you’ve known has struggled at times.  Whether an unexpected life-change, a yearning to live more authentically, or the balancing and maintaining of relationships — any person could benefit from the reflection and introspection afforded in therapy.”

Therapy can mean a lot of things to a lot of people.  Whether you’re brand new to the experience or a seasoned veteran, I believe we can explore together the struggles that have brought you to this point and deconstruct the patterns that may no longer be useful to you.  I take an integrative approach to helping identify the parts of you that seek growth and change, while creating a space that would allow for potential processing of grief and trauma.

I enjoy working with couples, whether it be intimacy issues or other relationship challenges.  In doing work with individuals, I gravitate towards the anxious, the creative type, and the therapy first-timer — and all are welcome for initial intakes & trial runs.  I received my bachelor’s degree in Psychology from CalState LA and hold a master’s in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University, LA.  I'm currently working as an associate for Dr. Thomas O'Malley (99001).

When not providing therapy, I can be found enjoying the outdoors, watching basketball or football matchup, making some music, or reliving a Seinfeld episode in my mind.  If any of this sounds like a fit to you, feel free to reach out for an appointment.  I look forward to working with you.
